• Your name, phone, email, postcode and job details when you request a quote, call, message us on WhatsApp, or book a callback.
• Photos you choose to send us of the work you'd like quoted.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you book, and keep in touch about that work. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't share your details with third parties except where needed to deliver the service (for example Calendly for bookings, or WhatsApp when you message us through it) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@axoracleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
