What we collect

Quote form: your name, phone number, postcode, chosen service and any job details you provide.
WhatsApp, phone and email: the contact details and messages you send us.
Calendly bookings: the name, phone number and answers you provide when booking a call. Calendly processes this under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
To carry out and invoice work you book with us (contract).
To keep basic business and tax records (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data or use it for third party marketing.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: our email provider (IONOS), form delivery provider (Web3Forms), scheduling provider (Calendly) and messaging provider (WhatsApp / Meta). Each processes data under their own terms. We may also share information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@axoracleaning.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
