Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to work carried out by AXORA LIMITED ("Axora").
Quotes are free and are fixed once agreed in writing, based on the information and photos you provide. If the job on the day is materially different from what was described, we'll agree any change with you before carrying on.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned and to an outside water supply where needed. Please tell us in advance of anything fragile, recently repaired, or otherwise at risk near the work area.
Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed. No deposit is taken on standard residential jobs.
We select the cleaning method appropriate to each surface, including low-pressure soft washing where high pressure would risk damage. Results depend on the age and condition of the surface; some staining is permanent and cannot always be fully removed, which we'll flag where we can.
Axora holds £1,000,000 public liability and £5,000,000 employers' liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to rearrange. There's no charge for reasonable rescheduling.
